she trained in pilates education at Provision Studio in Birmingham, Alabama. There she developed a foundation in precision and intentional movement.

Melissa has two years of pilates practice. She completed her training at Provision Studio in Birmingham, Alabama.
She is dedicated in helping clients build strength, flexibility, and control through intentional, low-impact movement.
Melissa believes that with a focus on proper alignment and mindful technique, pilates is for every body, and she is excited to guide you in discovering what your body can do.

Her journey into pilates started with a passion for fitness, but it quickly grew into something deeper—a desire to help others feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.
As an instructor, her goal is to focus on mindful form and building strength in a way that feels empowering and approaching for all levels. Whether you are brand new to pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Colby is here to guide you with energy, patience, and purpose!

Luanne is a certified spin instructor whose love for endurance sports has grown and evolved over the years. After teaching spin early in her fitness journey, she traded the bike for pavement - completing multiple 5ks, 10ks, and a half marathon.
In 2020, she found her way back to cycling and quickly rediscovered her passion for the ride. As a wife and mom, she understands that fitness has to fit into real life.
Her classes feature energizing playlists, thoughtful programming, and plenty of encouragement - because strength and endurance grow with time.

Heather is excited to be back on the bike as a spin instructor. Heather was first certified in 1997 and spent several years leading classes and helping people discover the power of movement and music.
She will continue with the same passion - to create a fun and supportive environment where everyone can challenge themselves.
Whether you are new to cycling or a seasoned rider, Heathers goal is simple: work hard, have fun, and leave every class feeling stronger than you were when you walked in.

Jennifer enjoys staying active, she has tried everything from traditional training to boutique workouts, but fell in love with the rebounder.
She has taken multiple classes to deepen her knowledge, she loved the challenge and the joy it brings her.
Jennifers mission is to help others reach their goals, feel confident in their bodies, and to have fun along the way with energizing and rewarding workouts.

Suzanne has been teaching all types of group fitness for 25 years. The past 2 years she has focused on teaching yoga and pilates. She takes great pride in coaching others through their fitness journey.
Her goal is to challenge her participants in strength and stretching while building community and friendships along the way. She adds modifications to challenging movements, making her classes welcoming to all fitness levels.

Heather enjoys helping others, whether their goal is flexibility, relaxation, inflammation, reduction, mental clarity or strengthening their core and back.
She fell in love with practicing yoga in college, at The University of Alabama, upon returning home sge began teaching at a local studio up until the birth of her son. She is excited to share her love of yoga and its benefits with the community.
